A wonderful and lovely day to you!
I would like to introduce myself as briefly as possible.
My name is Roman Goly and I was born at the beginning of the 1980's at the North Sea where I also grew up. At the age of 10 – without being forced by my parents – I began playing the piano. By the time I graduated with the German „Abitur“ playing the piano had gained such great importance in my life that I started to study cultural science majoring in music. After realizing that this course of studies turns you into a jack of all trades but a master of none, I decided to go to the University of Hannover in order to study music fulltime. Finally, in 2012 I completed the contact study popular music at the conservatory in Hamburg – also called „Popkurs“ – which gave birth to artists like „Wir sind Helden“, Peter Fox“ or „Boy“.
Afterwards I headed to Berlin where I was based for 5 years. Currently I am commuting primarily between Hamburg, Hannover and Berlin.
As a pianist as well as a part of larger ensembles I've been on the road for more than 15 years now, from Husum to Wien and from Berlin to Paris.
In the unlikely case that you still have questions which have not been answered or even been asked, don't hesitate to contact me.
I will answer them as quickly as possible.
